A second attempt at a 'Get Carter' poster - never liked the artwork associated with the film, as I didn't think it related to the content. So I tried to come up with a combination of two of the visual elements running throughout; his sharp-suited London gangster persona superimposed against Newcastle's gritty industrial backdrop.

Awesome movie poster!
They don't make films like this any more.

Thanks! I do find that most of my favourite films were made in the 70's... although Sexy Beast runs Get Carter a close second.

This is fantastic work…all you need to do is work with the Harvey Brown poster and this will be an awesome set. ;)

Sorry…just realized I misspelled the title…I meant to say HARRY Brown. ^^;

But yes, it's a great film and your Get Carter poster looks almost identical to the Harry Brown poster…it's the first thing I thought of when I saw it. ;)

It's a shame that the poster artist didn't have this in mind back in '71!

Let's not lie. We all know Michael Caine should have Wilson in The Limey. This film right here proves that sort of role to be his forte.
